Very comfy beds and central heating, a personal safe and a flat-screen TV. Perfect breakfasts with pastries and cookies, for example provided by the incredibly kind staff. Overall favourable location close enough to neighborhoods, and nice parks and views.

We stayed in a hotel that was in a great location, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. It was right on several major bus lines, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel was situated in a very nice area, surrounded by actual San Francisco neighborhoods. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with friendly staff and a delicious complimentary pastry for breakfast.
The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, which was very disappointing considering the price of the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The spacious and tastefully decorated rooms made us feel right at home. The location, in a wonderful neighborhood in the Presidio area of this city, was perfect for us as it was near local hospitals and well away from downtown. The hotel facilities were excellent, with on-site parking and the option to open our window for fresh air. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast pastries, great coffee, and tea that were offered. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, allowing us to check-in early and providing helpful assistance.
Nothing to dislike.
